Position Summary
Responsible for customer service in the field. This includes meeting with customers regarding safety and service.
Accountable for enforcement of all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.

Physical / Mental Requirements

  • Works with General Manager to drive business growth
  • Conducts job visits to review customer service with clients and inspect drivers to ensure compliance with
    company policies and procedures
  • Manages the quality of work performed by field employees daily
  • Ensures drivers correctly document all required record keeping
  • Disseminate order documentation to ensure hand tickets are completed correctly
  • Supervises product unloading to ensure accuracy and cost-effective
  • Ensures all pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance is completed
  • Coordination of sand logistics on site
  • On occasion you may be required to walk, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, squat, and climb, as required, in
    order to perform required vehicle inspections
  • Climb ladders, when required, to inspect inside the dry bulk tank following loading or unloading
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time in a vehicle and be able to drive, for as many as 11 hours.

Work Environment
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather and perform minor physical labor in a safe manner.
Employee is required to wear standard personal protective equipment to include hard hat, safety glasses,
safety boots, fire retardant clothes, gloves, and if fit tested, a respirator.
